HYBRID POSITION
After-hours part-time position available. Pick up extra hours anywhere from 3 PM - 7 PM and earn top pay. This is a hybrid position of virtual and some in-person supervision.
BCBA Pay Rate: $65 - $95 per hour based on experience
First Year Bonus: $5000 for full time BCBAs. Bonus is commensurate with weekly hours for part-time BCBAs.

- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
- Use tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3
- Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and support ABA therapists (RBTs)
- Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families
- Track progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism
- Skilled in behavior plan writing and data analysis
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required for in-home visits)
