Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, delivering outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
- Safely operate manual transmission vehicles and assist with parking
parking areas, ensuring proper vehicle placement and security - Manage cash handling duties accurately for valet services, including processing payments and providing receipts
- Communicate clearly with guests, team members, and management to coordinate vehicle movements efficiently
- Conduct routine safety checks of the parking lot and surrounding areas to maintain a secure environment during overnight hours
- Assist with light maintenance or troubleshooting of parking equipment as needed
- Maintain organized records of vehicle arrivals, departures, and cash transactions to ensure accountability
Requirements
- Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments is highly preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is essential
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members in multiple languages (bilingual abilities are a plus)
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math calculations efficiently
- Knowledge of
parking regulations and procedures is advantageous - Previous delivery driver or retail cashier experience will be considered beneficial
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods during overnight shifts
