Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, buffing, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality
- Conduct detailed sanitation procedures in kitchens and bathrooms to uphold health standards
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest or resident requests and addressing any concerns professionally
- Manage custodial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition
- Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices
- Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning supplies and equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning standards and custodial best practices is a plus
- Previous housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required
