Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to ensure a fresh environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms by performing routine janitorial tasks.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department for swift resolution.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to uphold health standards and protect yourself and colleagues.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to maintain high standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Provide friendly, professional service to guests by responding promptly to requests or inquiries related to room cleanliness or amenities.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles is highly desirable.
