What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Staybridge Suites?
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and systems as scheduled.
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor and maintain building systems such as boilers, chillers, elevators, and emergency systems.
- Work with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs.
- Keep maintenance logs and documentation up to date.
- Assist with snow removal, landscaping, or other seasonal tasks as needed.
- Be on-call for emergency maintenance issues, if applicable.
