Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records
- Balance daily revenue reports and prepare detailed audit reports for management review
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing needs promptly and courteously
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, performing safety checks, and controlling access to the property
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information or transferring calls as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records and responding to guest requests efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in resort or hotel environments is preferred to understand guest relations and hospitality standards
