The Staybridge Suites in Glendale is seeking one Full-time Front Desk Agent able to work our 6am-2pm shift! WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS ARE REQUIRED.
Job Description: The position will entail checking in and checking out guests, creating and managing reservations, handling phone calls, communicating with other departments, resolving guest complaints, and providing a high level of guest service.
This position requires a motivated, dependable, and detailed-orientated individual with good computer skills, who can multi-task and demonstrates a guest-focused attitude while responding quickly to guest needs. Our team members are positive individuals who know how to exceed guest expectations while maintaining an exceptional level of hospitality and professionalism. Candidate must have a minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Must be able to stand for 8 hours and must be able to work alone without supervision and Provide all services at the front desk professionally, efficiently, and courteously. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
