Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and well-stocked throughout service hours
• Maintain strict food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
• Serve guests with enthusiasm, answering questions about menu items and dietary options while providing friendly, attentive service
• Handle food safely during preparation, serving, and cleanup processes, adhering to food handling guidelines
• Assist with food presentation and garnishing to enhance visual appeal and guest satisfaction
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for any paid items or special requests
• Support manual handling tasks such as lifting trays or supplies safely while respecting weight handling guidelines
