Retail Customer Associate
Location: Tacoma, WA
Starting compensation: $40,000 - 50,000 annually, plus commission
We’re hiring a Retail Customer Associate to represent AT&T products and services at assigned retail locations in the Tacoma area.
In this customer-facing role, you’ll connect with shoppers, answer questions about wireless plans and devices, and help customers complete purchases and service enrollments. This opportunity is a good fit for someone with retail, customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience who enjoys working with people.
What You’ll Do
- Greet shoppers and start conversations about AT&T products and services.
- Explain wireless plans, device options, and available promotions.
- Help customers identify options that fit their needs.
- Complete sales and service enrollments accurately.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain a professional presence at assigned Tacoma-area retail locations.
What We’re Looking For
