We are growing our Minneapolis-area client services team and seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will meet with customers face-to-face, provide information about current client campaigns, answer questions, and help interested individuals understand their available options.
This is an in-person, full-time opportunity with paid training, weekly compensation, and advancement potential. Previous industry experience is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Build positive and professional relationships with customers
- Introduce current client campaigns, products, or services
- Ask questions to understand individual customer needs
- Present information clearly and accurately
- Answer questions and assist interested customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Represent the company and its clients professionally
