We are expanding our Ogden-area team and hiring motivated individuals to support an AT&T customer acquisition campaign throughout northern Utah.

As an AT&T Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will meet with customers face-to-face inside established retail locations, answer questions about AT&T products and services, and help customers find options that fit their wireless and connectivity needs.

You do not need previous wireless industry experience. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and continued support to help you become confident in the role.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent AT&T products and services inside partnered retail locations
• Start friendly, professional conversations with customers
• Ask questions to understand each customer’s needs
• Explain available wireless plans, devices, upgrades, and service options
• Answer questions and provide accurate product information
• Assist interested customers throughout the enrollment process
• Maintain a high standard of customer service
• Track customer interactions and individual results
• Work with the team to achieve daily performance goals

Experience in customer service, wireless, electronics, hospitality, restaurants, retail, promotions, or sales is helpful but not required.

This is an in-person position and is not remote, door-to-door, or call-center based. Candidates must be able to commute to the Ogden-area office and scheduled retail locations throughout northern Utah.
