Processing RMAs, credits, and backorders.Maintaining all normal customer service responsibilities and order entry tasks. Follow up with the distribution team on backordered shipments and follow up with the customer on the status of orders.Process all related customer orders that result in RMAs, billings, credits, and rebills. Escalate any customer issues to manager or lead. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role requires sitting for long periods of time and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, check machines, filing cabinets, and fax machines. No travel is required.Physical Demands The physical demands described are requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.Frequently is required to stand and walk; Ability to sit for long periods of time at a desk.Frequent use of hands to operate the computer and phone Required Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentComputer proficient and demonstrate experience working in a Microsoft Office Suite environment.Preferred Education and ExperienceMinimum demonstrated experience of 2 or more years working in a customer service or order entry position.Minimum demonstrated experience of 2 or more years working within a high-volume order processing environment.
