We're hiring a Door-to-Door Canvassing manager to manage our door-to-door canvassing team. Prior canvassing management experience is required.
Compensation & Perks
- $150,000–$250,000 /year (Base Salary Commission Overrides)

You'll be responsible for:
- Hiring and onboarding canvassers
- Training reps on scripts and objection handling
- Setting daily/weekly performance goals
- Managing schedules and territories
- Coaching in the field
- Tracking KPIs and reporting results
You need:
- Proven experience managing a canvassing team
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Comfortable working in the field
- Reliable transportation
