Position: Regional Director of Canvassing– We are hiring an experienced Regional Director of Canvassing to lead and grow a large door-to-door team. This is a high-earning leadership role offering base salary, commission, and overrides.
Compensation:
• $150K–$250Kannual earning potential
Responsibilities:
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers
• Lead team meetings and field coaching
• Plan neighborhoods, routes, and daily activity
• Track production and help the team improve results
Requirements:
