What We're Looking For
- 2 years of sales experience required
- Door-to-door sales experience is a strong plus
- Experience in roofing, pest control, solar, home improvement, or similar outside sales is highly valued
- Must be comfortable approaching homeowners and generating your own opportunities
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and hungry to earn
- Competitive attitude and a desire to win
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Must be comfortable working in a performance-based environment
No Garage Door Experience? No Problem.
You don't need to know garage doors on day one. We provide training to teach you the products, services, and sales process.
What we can't teach is work ethic, motivation, competitiveness, and hunger.
