This position may also support Division Managers/Supervisors with administrative tasks. Specific duties include: compose correspondence, schedule meetings, maintain and order office supplies, scan and handle other duties and special projects as assigned. Modify, develop and implement work processes such as seminar preparation and division databases. Assign infrastructure applications case work to personnel in Division, if needed. Recommend changes in law, rules and regulations as a result of work experience with utilities and customers. Make recommendations to Director regarding Division's operational procedures, manage and troubleshoot the division's designated copier, fax and other office equipment. Plan, assign and review work of Secretary 1. Receive, sort, stamp and distribute mail for the Water and Wastewater Division, including stamping correspondence. Receive telephone calls and route to appropriate personnel. Type confidential documents including personnel matters. Collect time and attendance records. Monitor and prepare purchase orders and expense accounts adhering to the PSC policies. Provide support for the Division as needed, including scheduling of pool vehicles, scanning, and maintaining databases and records. Perform other related duties as required.
