opportunity with our school. We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to fill a School Nurse, RN or LPN position

working in Salt Lake City.

As a School Nurse You Will

• Provide special and general nursing services for students enrolled at USDB.
• Provide treatment, care, and evaluation of students' medical needs.
• Assist with medical emergencies, perform first aid as needed, and submit incident reports.
• Complete documentation on time.
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum or "day-one" qualifications:

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

• Licensure as a registered nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Utah.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively.
• Enter, transcribe, record, store or maintain information in either written or electronic form.
• Maintain a strict level of confidentiality.

• Risks requiring special safety precautions and/or equipment, e.g., working with contagious diseases, hazardous chemicals, etc.; risks found in potentially dangerous/unusual situations, e.g. being subject to possible physical attack.
• Requires considerable and strenuous physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, etc. and recurring lifting.
