A career break of any length makes them eligible to participate in the program.

Day-to-day responsibilities of this position:
In this position you will work with several stakeholders, and will oversee the Industrial Accident Division records. This includes:
- Prepares and/or processes record request documents; reviews documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Retrieves data found in databases to generate requested record request reports.
- Analyzes, summarizes and/or reviews data.
- Providing backup assistance to the compliance team.
- Identifies problems or potential problem areas and recommends solutions.
- Be detail oriented and organized.
- Have excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Be a great collaborator.
- The ability to adapt and be flexible in varying situations
- Be an excellent communicator, oral and written.
Minimum or "day-one" qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a public-facing customer service role.
- 2 years of experience working in an office performing clerical duties.
- 2 years of experience producing professional communications, such as letters and emails, and responding timely to written inquiries with clarity and accuracy.
- 1 years of experience working with databases and inputting or managing data, ensuring accuracy.
- 1 years working with Microsoft Word and Excel, and/or Google Drive, Docs, Sheets.
- Preferences may be given to applicants with Workers Compensation experience.
