The Motor Vehicle Contact Center is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers over the telephone with questions and requirements. This person will assist the customers:
- Over the telephone by
- Explaining rules and regulations in regards to the Motor Vehicle Division
- Following policy and procedures in regards to the Motor Vehicle Division
- Guiding and assisting customers in completing motor vehicle transactions
- Using the Motor Vehicle system by
- Retrieving customer information from the motor vehicle database
- Processing motor vehicle title and registration transactions
- Processing/collecting fees for all motor vehicle processes
- Processing various transactions, such as address changes, canceling vehicle registrations, etc.
