- Knowledge of efficient cleaning procedures and executive level cleaning requirements.
- Ability to plan and manage supplies, equipment and temporary help needs.
- Ability to read, understand and carry out both verbal and written instructions, policies and procedures in an independent manner.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with tight time constraints.
- Ability to make decisions with limited guidance.
- Ability to demonstrate strong customer service practices when challenged.
- Ability to receive and follow instructions accurately.
