We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leaders for to join our growing team. This role requires leadership, hands-on field work, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
You’ll lead a small team in the field and be the main point of contact for customers on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a crew performing foundation repair (polyurethane, helical piles, moisture control, wood work, etc)
- Operate trucks, trailers, and equipment safely and effectively
- Troubleshoot and resolve job site issues in real time
- Ensure all team members follow proper safety procedures
- Maintain accurate job records and report daily progress
- Interact professionally with customers and explain job processes as needed
- Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets company standards
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with foundaion repair required
- Leadership or crew management experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus)
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical labor in varying outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
