Advertised Job Summary:
To lead and accomplish work related to the cleaning of the University’s Student Union (Russell House) and Thomas Cooper Library. Will act as weekend shift crew leader and will supervise custodial workers.
Job Related Minimum Required Education And Experience:
Typically holds a high school diploma or GED. Requires 2 or more years of job related experience.
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials:
Driver’s license required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of efficient cleaning procedures and executive level cleaning requirements. Ability to plan and manage supplies, equipment and temporary help needs. Ability to read, understand and carry out both verbal and written instructions, policies and procedures in an independent manner. Ability to work on multiple projects with tight time constraints. Ability to make decisions with limited guidance. Ability to demonstrate strong customer service practices when challenged. Ability to receive and follow instructions accurately.
