What You’ll do as the Labor Relations Officer 2 in the Human Resources Division:
- Lead investigations into reported cases and complaints, including developing interview questions and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Assist in grievance hearings, arbitrations, and mediations while providing primary administrative support for all labor relations activities.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to stay aligned on absence management, performance issues, and other factors that inform investigative decisions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records to support consistent and compliant labor relations practices.
- Monitor emerging trends, policy changes, and HR‑related issues to ensure the agency’s labor relations processes remain current and effective.

- Or completion of undergraduate core program in human resources management or public or business administration that included coursework in human resources or labor relations.
- Or 12 mos. exp. as Labor Relations Officer 1, 63471.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
