Working Conditions
This position will perform work primarily in kitchen setting with exposure to high and low temperatures from ovens and freezers. This position requires extended periods of standing, bending, squatting and reaching above head and shoulders as well as the ability to lift and carry up to fifty (50) pounds. Incumbent may be exposed to minor physical harm such as cuts from knives, kitchen machinery and other kitchen equipment. This position requires the ability to push and/ or pull wheeled carts and/or dollies weighing up to Three-Hundred Fifty (350} pounds. Effective 01/01/2015, New Mexico Behavioral Health Institute became a 100% Tobacco-Free/E-Cigarette Free Campus.
