This position requires an employee to be onsite at 3200 Labore Rd, Ste 104, Vadnais Heights, Minnesota at least 50% of the time, with some opportunity to perform work from a telework location.

Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) is seeking an individual to join our DCT Strategy and Innovation Team for an exciting and rewarding opportunity as a Strategy & Performance Coordinator – State Program Administrator Principal! As a Strategy & Performance Coordinator, you will develop, coordinate, implement, and manage strategic planning activities and engagement, continuous improvement (CI) and project portfolios. You will play a key role by assisting in the alignment of goals identified by DCT Leadership and promote engagement by staff in the strategies that increase the quality of care and services to the people served across DCT.

This position will consult and confer with the DCT Quality Team and their supervisor to lead agency-wide strategy and performance initiatives to ensure they complement and support each other.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor key metrics and work with DCT Leadership to improve and maintain results through coordination of dashboard reviews and management functions.
  • Implements regular quality monitoring and reporting/communication systems for Strategic Plan initiatives and strategies throughout DCT service lines, programs and departments.
  • Develop presentations, talking points and other mechanisms that support communication of status of strategies and engagement in the strategic plan, CI and project portfolio across DCT.
  • Develop and implement educational materials (written materials and other creative mechanisms) to support enhanced engagement by all staff.

Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) is a modern behavioral health care system that includes a variety of programs, including residential and vocational services for individuals with serious mental illnesses, developmental disabilities, substance abuse disorders, and much more. We have clinical expertise, staff and facilities to care for patients and clients with complex conditions in safe, secure, and therapeutic settings across Minnesota. Minimum Qualifications

To be qualified for and considered for this position, applicants must meet all the minimum qualifications listed below. Three (3) years of strategic planning or project management experience working within a healthcare setting that demonstrates the following:

  • Experience with computer software applications sufficient to create spreadsheets from a variety of sources and compile lists, spreadsheets, and graphs to track projects and activities.
  • Experience managing multiple assignments concurrently while meeting deadlines
  • Experience conducting data planning, collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience documenting procedures and identifying opportunity gaps.
  • Experience collaborating effectively across all levels of an organization, from the C-Suite to frontline staff.

Note: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, informatics, information technology, data analytics, economics, or related fields may substitute for one year of experience. A master’s degree in business administration, informatics, information technology, data analytics, economics, or related fields may substitute for two years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, informatics, information technology, data analytics, economics, or related fields.
  • Lean six sigma certification (ex. Green Belt)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, Teams, Excel, Forms, etc.)
  • Experience designing and conducting surveys and analyzing results of surveys.
