The Colorado State University Pueblo Admissions team is dedicated to guiding prospective students and their families through every step of the college search and enrollment process. Description Of Job

Colorado State University Pueblo is seeking applications for a Recruitment Coordinator.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student recruitment and enrollment efforts. As a leader within the Admissions team, the position is responsible for supervising and developing recruitment staff, guiding territory planning through data-informed strategies, and ensuring progress toward enrollment goals. The role plays a key part in training new team members, overseeing recruitment initiatives such as Direct Admission, and supporting effective use of systems and resources to drive results.

In addition to team leadership, this role is actively engaged in recruiting prospective students through high school visits, events, and outreach efforts. It builds and maintains strong relationships with school counselors, community partners, students, and families to support enrollment growth. The position also contributes to the coordination of recruitment events, management of promotional materials, and support of the admissions and registration process. This is a dynamic, collaborative role suited for someone who enjoys travel, strategic planning, and creating impactful student experiences.

Salary Range

$55,000 - $58,000

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university
  • Valid unrestricted driver's license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials needed for recruiting purposes
  • Experience working with varying populations. Experience in a customer service function.
  • Experience managing schedules and participating in professional events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Experience supervising professional staff.
  • Sales experience or experience with public speaking.
  • Experience in college admissions, visitor services, or comparable positions.
  • Experience in a position requiring independent work and self-motivation.
  • Experience in a position that required multi-tasking, prioritizing, and follow-ups conducted in a timely manner.
