Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $257,000–$286,000 annually.
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000.
- Student Loan Repayment: Up to $24,000.
- Other Benefits: Potential Relocation Package, Retirement Plan options, Health/Welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision), generous CME allowance, and paid Malpractice Coverage.
- Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care (36 patient-facing hours/week).
- Join an after-hours on-call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues.
- Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Lead and contribute to patient care strategies and healthcare innovation.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (must finish residency) in Family Medicine.
- CO license (or willing to obtain).
- Clean malpractice (Highly Preferred).
- Most Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) is required.
- DEA must be obtained prior to start.
