Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for fire alarm inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, electrical contractors, property managers, and other key decision-makers
- Generate leads, prepare accurate proposals and quotes, and follow up to close sales
- Provide expert guidance on fire alarm system requirements, code compliance, and appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and office staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and local market conditions
- Address customer questions and concerns throughout the sales and project lifecycle

Qualifications
- Proven experience in fire alarm sales or fire alarm systems
- Strong working knowledge of NFPA 72 and local fire alarm inspection requirements
- Familiarity with local AHJ permitting processes and the local contracting market
- Current F365 F Fire Alarm Protective Signaling System License
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word and programs such as Service Trade or BuildOps
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel locally as needed
