Position Summary:As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be the face of United Nissan Reno, guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process. Your role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and ensuring a seamless sales experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their vehicle preferences and requirements.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles in inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing. Compare and contrast competitive models to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Sales Process Management: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry and test drives to financing options and finalizing the sale.
Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with previous customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service.
Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and complies with dealership policies and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
