Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rochester, MI, for a Sales Representative at a State Farm Agent's office. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and addressing customer needs, offering personalized insurance recommendations, and meeting sales goals. The Sales Representative will also handle account reviews, respond to inquiries, and assist with claims and policy updates.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer relationship management skills, including the ability to engage and retain clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for discussing insurance products and services
- Problem-solving and organizational skills for handling customer inquiries and managing tasks effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and on-site environment

- Prior sales or customer service experience is highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
