Jan opened her agency in 1985, and over the years it has grown into a strong team of 11 who are committed to building meaningful relationships with our customers. We take pride in creating value and truly making a difference in the lives of the people in our agency and throughout our community.

Role Description

Jan Phillips - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  
  

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
