Before becoming a State Farm agent, I earned my master’s degree from Kansas State University and was a middle and high school Spanish teacher. My background in education has carried into how I lead my agency today, with a strong emphasis on coaching, development, and helping team members continue to grow.
Giving back is an important part of our agency culture. We’re very involved with local schools through volunteering and donations, and we make it a priority to volunteer together as a team once or twice each year. We also participate in local marketing and community events, giving our team opportunities to build relationships with the people we serve.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
