What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Sales Representative position at State Farm Agent?
Our State Farm Agency is looking for a full-time sales associate. This role consists of calling potential customers and getting their information to pass on to a senior sales representative. In addition to an annual salary, starters will be compensated on activity (calls) and results (quote sheets). There is opportunity for advancement out of the role and into Junior/Senior level sales positions in as little as one month. The details will be discussed in the phone interview.
A little about our agency:
My name is Ben Davis and I am the owner. I started my agency in January 2020 and we have quickly built one of the most successful agencies in the country. We were so successful, we were offered an opportunity to take over a second location.
