Entry-level applicants will begin with a $30,000 base salary and an opportunity to earn additional compensation and bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify client risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance coverage solutions.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, marketing efforts, and community engagement.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Work closely with account managers and underwriting teams to ensure accurate policy placement and service.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to review coverage needs and provide policy updates.
- Meet or exceed established sales and production goals.
- Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activity within the companys CRM system.
Requirements
- Have or be willing to obtain Active Property & Casualty Insurance License; licensing assistance available - initial 30-day access to the licensing course.
- Be willing to obtain Life and Health insurance license within six months after hire - licensing assistance is available
- Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and close new business.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales and performance targets.
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
