As a Customer Service Manager with the Mitch Velgersdyk State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while overseeing high-quality customer service operations Daily responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, directing phone traffic, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverages, claim submissions and billing clarification.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chanhassen, MN at the Mitch Velgersdyk State Farm Agency.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and/or Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and address customer needs effectively
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve customer service processes
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
