About The Role
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our insurance and financial services agency. The pay range is $15-$20 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all general administrative tasks within the agency
- Open and close the office Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Schedule appointments and manage the team calendar
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Process customer payments accurately
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email
- Mail insurance materials to customers in a timely manner
- Manage bank deposits and maintain accurate records
- Write professional letters and emails for customer correspondence
- Must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace
- Must have the ability to write clear, professional letters and emails
- Comfortable using phone, email, and scheduling software
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
