Position Overview:

           •         $60,000–$87,500/year: Base salary plus commissions and bonuses.

           •         No insurance licenses needed to apply. We’ll license the selected candidate.

           •         Profit sharing.

           •         Warm and Hot leads with a follow up system and process to convert them to sales.

Position Responsibilities:

           •         Convert inbound calls, leads, and referrals into appointments and policies.

           •         Make outbound calls and follow up on quotes until they convert to sales.

           •         Run needs-based reviews covering auto, home, life, and business insurance.

           •         Review current customers' coverage and help them fill gaps.

           •         Keep accurate records in our agency systems.

           •         Represent the agency at community events.

Position Requirements:

           •         1 year in sales. Retail, inside or outside sales, telemarketing, auto, and hospitality all count.

           •         Successful sales track record showing sales goals were set and then accomplished.

           •         Comfortable on the phone and personable when speaking with others.

           •         You're coachable and competitive.

           •         No insurance experience required.
