Climate Mechanical Services is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of commercial HVAC service clients. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring strong service delivery, identifying growth opportunities, and strengthening long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial HVAC accounts with a focus on long-term partnership development and service excellence
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders including property managers, facility directors, and building engineers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships rooted in trust, responsiveness, and consistent communication
- Identify and develop opportunities for expanded service agreements, system upgrades, and efficiency improvements within existing accounts
- Coordinate with service, dispatch, and project teams to ensure timely scheduling, execution, and delivery of HVAC projects and services
- Own project communication with clients, ensuring expectations, updates, and timelines are clearly communicated and proactively managed
- Conduct regular site visits, account reviews, and performance check-ins to maintain alignment and anticipate client needs
- Maintain accurate account records, activity tracking, and pipeline updates in CRM systems
- Respond quickly to client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up on all service requests and project-related communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery, project execution, and overall customer experience
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales
- Experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical services, construction, building services or facilities management experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (service, dispatch, project execution)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, BuildOps or similar)
- Ownership mindset with strong follow-through and accountability for client experience and execution excellence
