Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational goals across multiple restaurant locations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage senior leadership teams at each site to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee daily operations including staffing, training, quality control, and customer service initiatives.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and building relationships with partners and vendors.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profit margins through effective process improvements.
- Coordinate project management activities related to new openings, renovations, or relocations of restaurant units.
