Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relocatable Restaurant Director of Operations to lead and oversee multiple restaurant locations across various regions. This leadership role requires strategic vision, exceptional management skills, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all locations meet brand standards, financial targets, and customer satisfaction goals, while fostering a high-performance team environment. This position offers the opportunity to work in a flexible, relocatable capacity with a focus on expanding our restaurant footprint.

Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational goals across multiple restaurant locations.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage senior leadership teams at each site to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee daily operations including staffing, training, quality control, and customer service initiatives.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and building relationships with partners and vendors.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profit margins through effective process improvements.
  • Coordinate project management activities related to new openings, renovations, or relocations of restaurant units.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies across all locations.
  • Foster a positive corporate culture that emphasizes leadership development, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Skills

  • Proven management experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry with a focus on operations management.
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities with the ability to execute complex projects effectively.
  • Demonstrated senior leadership skills with experience managing large teams across multiple locations.
  • Excellent negotiation skills for vendor contracts, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
  • Expertise in business development strategies that expand market presence and revenue streams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to lead process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on motivating teams, driving results, and fostering a collaborative environment. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
