Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, lead and develop the team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive financial performance. The GM will work closely with ownership to maintain operational excellence and uphold the restaurant's culture and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, coach, and retain front-of-house and management team members.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable work culture.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing development opportunities.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor efficiency.
Financial Management
- Drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Manage budgets, labor costs, food and beverage costs, and operating expenses.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Guest Experience
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build relationships with local customers, visitors, and community partners.
- Maintain strong online reputation and guest satisfaction metrics.
Strategic Planning
- Partner with ownership and executive leadership on business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Support marketing, special events, promotions, and community engagement activities.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- 5 years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Experience managing budgets, P&L, and operational performance.
- Excellent communication and guest relations abilities.
- Full-service, upscale, or chef-driven restaurant experience preferred.
Salary : $85,000 - $120,000
