Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services focused on improving mobility, function, and overall well-being.
• Apply appropriate manual therapy techniques and therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow professional standards of care.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
• Pursue continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Preferred Clinical Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:

• General orthopedics
• Manual therapy
• Dry needling
• Pelvic floor rehabilitation
• Vestibular rehabilitation
• Post-concussion rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Colorado.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
• A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for patient care.
• Reliability, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to treating patients as individuals.
• Willingness to work onsite in Boulder, Colorado.
