Position Overview
We're partnering with a respected luxury jewelry brand known for its curated vintage collections and loyal global clientele, seeking a Sales and Client Development Lead to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a strategic, relationship-driven sales leader who understands luxury selling, outbound client engagement, and long-term client relationships.
This is a highly hands-on revenue-generating role — approximately 90% outbound sales execution and 10% team management. You will lead a small team of two sales professionals while personally driving outbound revenue initiatives, VIP strategy, and proactive client development.
You will have direct accountability for overall department production as well as revenue generated from outbound sales efforts (non-inbound driven). Success in this role means meaningfully increasing proactive, relationship-driven sales versus reactive inbound transactions.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner closely with executive leadership, including the Head of Marketing, to develop and execute outbound growth strategies, refine client acquisition and retention initiatives, and elevate the overall performance of the sales function.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Revenue Leadership
- Proactively generate new revenue through structured outbound outreach to existing and prospective clients
- Develop and scale a formal VIP program and high-touch clienteling strategies
- Partner with marketing to convert digital and e-commerce engagement into long-term client relationships and proactive outbound opportunities
- Design outbound initiatives that align with online merchandising, inventory flow, and campaign launches
- Re-engage past clients when new inventory aligns with their preferences and purchase history
- Identify high-value client segments and build long-term relationship strategies to increase lifetime value
- Personally close sales and lead by example in outbound execution and revenue generation
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Manage and mentor two sales team members (one senior sales professional and one sales/customer service associate)
- Elevate outbound mindset and accountability across the department
- Set clear sales expectations and monitor performance
- Implement systems to track outbound activity, production, and client engagement
Sales Operations & Client Experience
- Ensure strong follow-through across the full sales cycle
- Maintain CRM discipline and visibility into deal flow
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless white-glove service
- Oversee client communication standards and ensure timely follow-up
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to convert warm leads into long-term clients
- Partner with marketing on customer acquisition strategy and VIP initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership on retail strategy and inventory sourcing based on client demands
- Co-develop integrated partnership opportunities and in-person retail events
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury sales experience, preferably in fine jewelry, watches, fashion, hospitality or other high end retail
- Strong outbound sales track record; not solely reliant on inbound or walk-in traffic
- Experience building and executing VIP programs and proactive clienteling initiatives
- Experience in luxury e-commerce or omnichannel environments, with a demonstrated ability to convert digital engagement into proactive outbound revenue.

Work Schedule
- In-office at our Beverly Hills showroom (Tuesday-Saturday)
- Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm
