What You’ll Do:
- Support individuals transitioning from Chapter 916 commitments
- Coordinate services with courts, attorneys, and community resources
- Provide advocacy, risk assessments, and competency restoration
- Attend court hearings, treatment team meetings, and community collaborations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s in psychology, social work, or related field

Experience:
- 1 year with adults with serious mental illness, or
- 3 years with children with serious emotional disturbances
- Skills: Case management, advocacy, strong communication, organization
- Certifications: Medicaid Case Manager (or eligibility)
- Must pass background, MVR, and drug screenings
