Our Salon & Boutique Coordinator is the first impression of StarStylez Beauty Studio. This role ensures smooth daily operations at the front desk, delivers exceptional guest service, and supports boutique sales so stylists can focus on providing top-quality
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Front Desk
- Greet clients warmly, check them in/out, and assist with appointment scheduling
- Manage phones, texts, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a welcoming, organized front desk and lounge area.
Retail & Boutique
- Highlight featured products, seasonal collections, and current promotions
- Assist clients with accessory selections (lip gloss, earrings, handbags, etc.)
- Keep displays fresh, clean, and visually appealing
- Track daily retail sales goals and share results with the manager
Operational Support
- Coordinate the daily service flow so stylists can stay on schedule
- Restock retail shelves and boutique items as needed
- Assist with light administrative tasks (e.g., confirming appointments)
- Support quick social media moments (e.g., snapping photos of new arrivals, sharing same-day updates
Skills & Qualifications
- Friendly, polished, and professional presence
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with POS systems and booking software (Vagaro experience a plus)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Interest in beauty, fashion, and retail sales
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
