Schedule: Full-Time, 7:00 AM to job completion, Monday - Friday

Compensation:

  • 100% commission based on a percentage of the project subtotal
  • Opportunity to earn performance-based weekly & monthly bonuses
  • Expected annual earnings: $100k - $200k

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, professional, and detailed-oriented Licensed Residential Service Plumber (PL01 or PL02) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, delivering high-quality residential plumbing solutions, installations, and repairs across Snohomish County.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, structural discipline, and a customer-first attitude. Military veterans are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential plumbing systems (water heaters, fixtures, repipes, drain lines, etc.) safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, code compliance and functionality
  • Maintain an exceptional level of customer service, explaining technical issues clearly to homeowners and providing transparent options.
  • Ensure all work complies strictly with Washington State and Snohomish County plumbing codes.
  • Follow strict company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure clean, high-quality, and compliant work.
  • Maintain accurate digital job records, invoices, and material logs using a company-provided cell phone.
  • Keep the company-provided service vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked.

Position Requirements

  • Experience & Licensing: Minimum of 6 years of residential plumbing experience with a current PL01 Journeyman or PL02 Residential Plumber license on file with Washington LNI. Responsible for maintaining certification through continuing education.
  • Local Knowledge: Solid, working familiarity with Snohomish County plumbing codes and inspection processes.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Confidence mixed with humility. A team-oriented mindset. Process-oriented with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Tools: Must possess your own complete set of professional hand tools and diagnostic equipment common to the trade. Loans are available if purchase needed.
  • Physical Demands: Work will be performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, in various weather conditions, including temperatures above 100 degrees, snow, and other inclement weather; from heights, on ladders, in small spaces, and on rooftops. Frequent standing, squatting, and sitting for extended periods of time is required. Must be able to consistently perform the following: lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 pounds consistently without accommodation; comfortably navigate crawlspaces, attics, and ladders; regularly use hands to handle and feel objects; and sit, walk, stoop, and stand.
  • Background: Valid WA driver's license with a clean driving record.
