Job Overview:
As a Service Plumber at Dapper Plumbing, Heating, and Electric, you will perform a wide range of tasks, including the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in both residential and commercial environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential and commercial buildings.
- Read blueprints, building codes, and specifications to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems.
- Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure systems meet safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of issues and solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Work both independently and as part of a team on larger projects.
Qualifications:
- Active Washington State Plumbing License.
- At least 2 years of experience in the plumbing industry.
- Strong knowledge of local and state plumbing codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
