Compensation
- $40.00–$50.00 per hour, based on experience
- Full-Time, Year-Round Employment
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
- Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and plumbing components.
- Perform residential plumbing service, maintenance, and repair work safely and efficiently.
- Educate homeowners on plumbing concerns and clearly explain repair and replacement options so they can make informed decisions.
- Build trust with customers by providing honest recommendations and exceptional service.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every service call.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and job notes.
- Follow all company safety procedures and local plumbing codes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current Washington State Journeyman Plumbing License (PL01) or Residential Plumbing License (PL02) required.
- PL02 (Residential) license is the minimum qualification for this position.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain solutions and recommendations to homeowners in a clear, professional manner.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering five-star service.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
