FT, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm/ 9:00 am–5:30 pm

Education: High School graduate or equivalent required.
Experience: Two (2) years of general administrative business or office experience are required.
License: Valid California Driver’s License and current automobile insurance and must maintain a driving record that meets the company driver's eligibility policy.

The Administrative Services Assistant is a customer focused professional who can confidently support a busy front desk while maintaining a positive, upbeat attitude and provides comprehensive administrative and program support, including data entry, scheduling, quality improvement projects, credentialing, and purchasing. The role involves maintaining tracking systems and preparing reports for Santa Clara County partners and outside agencies. It also supports employee engagement initiatives and participates in quality management and compliance efforts.
