By ensuring consistent brand visibility and cross-functional coordination, the position acts as a central hub for the agency’s public identity.

In addition to day-to-day communications, this role provides critical support to SBHG executive leadership and agency administrators by crafting targeted messaging for employees, stakeholders, and community members. This includes managing site-specific artwork and official company postings to maintain a unified corporate culture. Furthermore, the position plays a key role in driving organizational growth by developing and implementing community outreach, service referral programs, and broader business development strategies.

What You Bring To SBHG (Qualifications)
Education
- Master’s degree in journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ongoing education, certifications, and specialized training are highly preferred.
- Leadership: Minimum of 5 years in professional communications and public relations leadership; experience within the marketing or healthcare sectors is preferred.
- Strategic Communication: Proven track record of producing high-level, high-quality written content, executive presentations, and comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Professional-level proficiency in graphic design, website management, and social media strategy, with a focus on integrated event coordination across digital and print platforms.
- Requirements: Possession of a valid California Driver’s License.
