Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers to promote Starling Chevrolet’s service offerings.
- Generate and qualify leads to maximize service department opportunities and revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely follow-up.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Identify trends and customer feedback to provide insights for service improvements.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or business development, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a collaborative team approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Candidates must be reliable and must report to work every day on time
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
